Tinubu is urging security agencies to promptly rescue the female university students who are still missing.

President Bola Tinubu has directed security agencies to take immediate action to rescue the remaining female students from the Federal University Gusau in Zamfara State who were recently kidnapped by terrorists. In a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the President strongly condemned this terrible act of abduction, emphasizing that there is no moral justification for such a heinous crime against innocent victims who were simply pursuing a quality education.

The President expresses his heartfelt condolences to the affected families and reassures them that his administration is committed to protecting every Nigerian citizen. He promises the families of the abducted students that every effort will be made to ensure their safe return.

Additionally, the President affirms the government’s determination to keep educational institutions safe, ensuring that they remain places of learning, growth, and opportunity, free from the threats posed by terrorists.
